Monthly content includes strategy development, copywriting, graphic design, scheduling, and community management responses within business hours.
A quarterly content shoot is included within the retainer. Travel within Zone 2 London is covered; additional locations are agreed separately in advance.
A monthly performance report is delivered by the 7th of each following month, covering reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and content highlights.
The client agrees to provide timely approvals on content calendars within 48 hours of submission, to attend or arrange access for shoot days, and to supply any product imagery, brand assets, or information required for content creation in good time.
Content will be published as planned unless written feedback is received within the approval window. Delays caused by late approvals do not extend the posting schedule.
All content created by Wood & Ham becomes the property of the client upon full payment for the relevant month. The agency retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing within 14 days of delivery.
